The opportunity:

Take charge of export growth across key international markets, managing and developing distributors, retailers and online partners.

Creating and executing export sales strategies that drive real results
Building and growing long-term partnerships with distributors and retailers
Identifying fresh global opportunities and turning them into revenue
Representing the brand at international events, trade shows and partner visits
Delivering clear forecasts, insights and growth plans
Collaborating across marketing, supply chain and NPD to keep customers delightedThe person:
An ambitious sales professional who thrives in fast-paced FMCG environments. A self-starter who knows how to blend strategy with action.
Proven success in FMCG export or international sales
Experience growing distributor and retail channels globally
A sharp commercial mind and strong negotiation skills
Energy, curiosity and a passion for health, wellbeing and consumer innovation
