We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable Extra Care Night Assistant to support residents within our Extra Care schemes. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two nights are the same, so flexibility and resilience are key.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting resident wellbeing, promoting independence, and responding to emergencies
* Carrying out regular welfare checks in line with individual support plans
* Liaising with families, health professionals, and external agencies
* Monitoring the safety and condition of the building, including basic checks and contractor liaison
* Maintaining accurate records and using internal systems
* Supporting tenancy management and general scheme operations
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and empowered to live independently.
