Job Description
EXTRUSION LINE OPERATOR
BRECON
PERMANENT
£34933 - £38722 PLUS OVERTIME AVAILABLE
RSW are looking to recruit an Extrusion Line Operator for a permanent role with our client, a specialist manufacturer based in Brecon.
Previous extrusion experience in essential.
Key Duties:
* Operating production line
* Maintaining production data
* Quality checks
Ideally the successful applicant will possess the following skills/attributes:
* Prior direct / hands-on experience with Extrusion machinery preferable
* Essential to have experience working with factory production machinery
* Demonstrated computer literacy
* A good listener, analytical thinker and has the ability to effectively communicate and deal with people at all levels of the Company
* Experience of delivering exceptional results to tight deadlines
* Knowledge of fly fishing would be a distinct advantage
Supplemental pay types:
Yearly bonus
Education:
GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Working Hours:
Weekdays - Monday to Friday
Alternating weekly 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm, 10pm - 6am
40 hours per week
£13.79 per hour plus 22% shift allowance
OR
Weekends Fri, Sat, Sun
Alternating weekly, 6am - 6pm and 6pm to 6am
Work 36 hours but paid for 40 hours
£13.79 per hour plus 35% shift allowance
