Extrusion Operator

About the Role:
Due to continued expansion, our client is seeking a skilled Extrusion Operator to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate extrusion and pelletising lines in line with company procedures and quality standards.
* Load raw materials into extrusion machines and remove finished products efficiently.
* Set up, adjust, start, and shut down extrusion equipment safely.
* Carry out basic maintenance and cleaning of machinery.
* Monitor production output, tracking extruder runtime and kilograms of PP pellets produced per shift.
* Complete production checklists and report any defects or issues.
* Identify and document non-conformances to ensure product quality.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and help enhance overall performance.

Details:
* Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 per annum.
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:30pm – 11:30pm.
