Academics are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic primary school In Abingdon to find the perfect EYFS Class Teacher to join their early years team in September 2025.
This high achieving primary school are seeking a creative and dedicated individual who can step into this role with ease and provide excellent quality teaching of the UK primary curriculum. This role is open to ECT candidates who are looking for their first steps into the EYFS classroom, as well as career early years teachers who are looking for an opportunity to bring their expertise to a new classroom.
This role as an EYFS Class Teacher will be filled by someone who holds UK QTS and has experience either in training to be, or as an experienced early years class teacher. This role could be the perfect into for a newly graduated teacher to begin their primary teaching career as the school have identified that leadership roles will be on offer should the chosen candidate wish to fill them along the line.
As a EYFS Class Teacher, you will:
Show experience of the UK primary curriculum and demonstrate effective use of it
Have a creative and optimistic outlook on EYFS learning and support pupils in their unique needs
Collaborate effectively with other members of EYFS staff including TA's and SEN support staff
Be presented with leadership and extra-curricular opportunities if so desired
