EYFS Learning Support Assistant - Hackney - £95–£110 per day - Full Time -September 2025 Start
* EYFS Learning Support Assistant – Full-time, term-time only role (8:30 am – 3:30 pm)
* EYFS Learning Support Assistant – Supporting children with SEN (1:3 ratio) in class and in sensory rooms
* EYFS Learning Support Assistant – Primary school based in Hackney
* EYFS Learning Support Assistant – Immediate Start
* EYFS Learning Support Assistant – Daily Pay: £95–£110 (depending on experience)

The Role – EYFS Learning Support Assistant
We are currently looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic EYFS Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Hackney. This role involves working with a small group of children (1:3 ratio), providing both in-class support and guidance in sensory rooms designed to aid emotional regulation and engagement.
As an EYFS Learning Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored support strategies, promote communication, and help pupils develop socially, emotionally, and academically.
This role is perfect for someone with a calm and patient approach, a strong understanding of child development, and experience with SEN strategies such as sensory play, visual supports, and structured routines.
