The Apprenticeship Role:
As an EYFS Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience and develop vital skills under the guidance of our experienced Early Years team. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Supporting children's learning and development across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
Assisting the Class Teacher/Practitioner in preparing and delivering engaging activities and resources.
Working with individual children or small groups to provide targeted support and enhance their progress.
Observing and assessing children's development, contributing to their learning journeys and progress reports.
Promoting a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children feel happy and secure.
Assisting with classroom management and organisation.
Supporting children's personal care where necessary, fostering independence.
Building positive relationships with children, parents/carers, and colleagues.
Actively participating in all off-the-job training and completing apprenticeship coursework to achieve your Level 3 qualification.
Upholding all safeguarding policies and procedures.

Minimum Entry Requirements: GCSEs at Grade 4 (C) or equivalent in English and Maths (or willingness to work towards Functional Skills Level 2 as part of the apprenticeship).
Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (if not already held).
