1:1 Tutor - EYFS Learners (Early Years Foundation Stage)

🕒 Hours: Flexible - Part-Time or Full-Time

Do you have a passion for early childhood development and making learning magical?
We are looking for nurturing and creative 1:1 tutors to support EYFS learners, helping them develop early communication, language, social, and motor skills through play-based, personalised learning. The role involves working closely with children who may be at risk of falling behind or who require additional support to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate sessions based on the EYFS framework
Support learners in developing early literacy, numeracy, social skills, and emotional regulation
Use play, songs, stories, sensory activities, and movement to promote learning
Observe and adapt to each child's developmental stage and individual needs
Communicate regularly with parents/carers and professionals involved in the child's care
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with children aged 3-5, especially in EYFS or early intervention settings
Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum
Warm, patient, and playful approach to learning
Ability to build secure relationships and support learning through play and interaction
Early Years qualification (e.g. Level 3 Early Years Educator, EYTS, or QTS) preferred
