Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a warm and welcoming mainstream primary school to recruit a passionate and experienced EYFS Practitioner to join their Nursery team full time from September 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Early Years specialist to join a nurturing environment that places children at the heart of everything they do.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, play-based learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that promotes each child’s development
Work collaboratively with the class teacher, other support staff, and parents/carers
Monitor and assess children’s progress, contributing to planning and record-keeping
Essential Requirements:
Relevant Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Early Years Education/Childcare (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, NNEB)
Proven experience working in an EYFS setting, ideally within a school nursery
Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
A warm, caring nature with strong communication and teamwork skills
Desirable:
Paediatric First Aid qualification
Experience supporting children with additional needs
Strong understanding of child development and behaviour management strategies

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
