Are you a passionate Early Years Teacher with QTS, committed to laying strong educational foundations and creating a nurturing start for young learners?
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join a vibrant and inclusive primary school in East London. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in shaping the early educational experiences of children in a supportive and forward-thinking setting.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering creative and engaging lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, supporting children’s learning and development across all key areas. You'll work as part of a collaborative Early Years team, with access to excellent resources and ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver effective EYFS lessons tailored to the developmental needs of each child
Foster a safe, happy, and inclusive classroom environment
Use assessment tools to track progress and inform future planning
Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and staff
Uphold the school’s safeguarding and behaviour policies
Person Specification:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
Experience teaching in an Early Years or Reception setting
Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
Creative, reflective, and adaptable teaching style
Committed to inclusion, wellbeing, and positive outcomes for all children
