This highly sought-after nursery is well known for its outdoor forest area and its commitment to providing exceptionally high standards of care. The team prides itself on fostering children’s physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development, ensuring they are well-prepared for their exciting transition to primary school.
We are currently seeking a Room Leader to join the toddler room. This is a long-term role with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate. The Room Leader will work closely with the Nursery Manager to plan and deliver a programme of engaging, age-appropriate activities, underpinned by a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum. You will also be responsible for observations, developmental checks, and keeping each child’s learning plan up to date.
The successful Room Leader will have:
Level 3 Early Years or equivalent qualification (essential)
Minimum 1 year’s nursery or room-leading experience
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
Reliability, adaptability, and a proactive mindset
