Job Description
Are you a skilled and compassionate SEN Teacher with experience in Early Years?
We are seeking a full-time SEN Teacher to support our EYFS provision on a fixed-term basis from September 2025 to July 2026 in Brent. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive difference in the early development of children with special educational needs.

The Role:
As an SEN Teacher for EYFS, you will work closely with children, parents, and staff to deliver personalised learning plans and interventions. You will assess and monitor progress, provide expert guidance, and create a safe and inclusive classroom where every child feels valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver tailored teaching and interventions in line with the EYFS framework for children with SEN.

Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor their impact.

Collaborate with parents, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to support each child’s progress.

Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
*
Provide advice and training to staff on SEN best practices within Early Years.
*
Maintain accurate records of assessments and progress.
