Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to individual pupils, small groups, and classroom teachers
Assist with lesson preparation and classroom management
Support pupils with special educational needs (SEN)
Encourage active participation and engagement in learning
Help maintain a safe and positive learning environment
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has experience working with children or young people
Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is patient, caring, and enthusiastic
Can work collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals
Has (or is willing to obtain) a valid Enhanced DBS check
