Prospero Teaching are looking to recruit an EYFS Specialist Teaching Assistant to work in a primary school in the Knowsley area.
Position Details:
Location: Knowsley
Role: EYFS Specialist Teaching Assistant
Start date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing, full-time
Contract type: Temporary (with potential for long-term opportunities)Responsibilities:
Supporting children within the EYFS setting, both in groups and on a 1:1 basis
Assisting with classroom activities and the delivery of the EYFS curriculum
Promoting a positive learning environment and encouraging pupil engagement
Working closely with the class teacher and SEN staff to meet pupils' individual needs
Supporting with assessments, observations and maintaining pupil recordsRequirements:
Experience working within an EYFS setting is essential
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) preferred
Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
Ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
A valid, enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for oneWhat We Offer:
