Job Description
An outstanding and well-respected two-form entry primary school in Cambridge is seeking a passionate and nurturing EYFS Teacher to join their Early Years team from September 2025. This is a wonderful opportunity to support children in their first year of school, laying the foundations for a lifetime of learning through curiosity, play, and exploration.

The Role:
As an EYFS Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging, child-centred learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework

Support children’s personal, social, and emotional development in a nurturing environment

Use observation and assessment to inform next steps and track progress

Foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
*
Work closely with your EYFS teaching partner and wider school team
*
Create a safe, stimulating learning environment that promotes independence and curiosity
What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in EYFS
*
A deep understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
*
Excellent classroom organisation and behaviour management skills
*
A nurturing, reflective, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
*
Commitment to inclusive practice and meeting the needs of every child
