Salary: MPS - UPS (London Fringe) + TLR 3

The Role:
The school are looking for an outstanding classroom practitioner who is ready to take the next step in their career and lead our EYFS provision. This dual role involves full-time teaching within the EYFS and taking on the leadership responsibilities for the phase.
As EYFS Lead, you will:
Champion best practices in Early Years pedagogy and curriculum delivery.
Lead the strategic development of the EYFS to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
Support, coach, and mentor EYFS staff to promote continuous improvement.
Monitor and evaluate progress and outcomes, using data to inform planning and provision.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Early Years education.
A strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and a track record of delivering excellent outcomes for children.
Inspirational leadership qualities and the ability to motivate others.
High expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour.
