Job Title: EYFS Teacher
Pay rate: £32,916 - £45,352 + SEN Allowance £2,787
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon
Hours: Full-time - permanent
Smart Education is currently recruiting for a permanent EYFS Teacher to join an all-age (3–19) broad spectrum special school in Stratford-upon-Avon for a January start. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are also welcome to apply.
The school supports pupils with a wide range of Special Educational Needs and provides a positive, inclusive environment that thrives on high expectations, good behaviour, mutual respect, tolerance, and an appreciation of individuality. Its aim is for pupils to leave as confident, secure young adults, equipped with the knowledge, experience, and skills to achieve as high a level of independence as possible.

Job requirements:
• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Valid child/adult enhanced DBS
• Experience teaching EYFS and SEND pupils (ECTs considered)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Commitment to inclusive education and supporting learners’ individual needs
Role responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging EYFS lessons tailored to pupils with SEND
• Support the development of personal, social, and emotional skills
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to implement individual learning plans
• Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment
• Contribute to the school’s ethos of respect, tolerance, and celebrating individuality
