Are you an experienced and passionate EYFS teacher ready for your next challenge? Or an outstanding early years practitioner looking to take the next step into leadership? We are seeking an EYFS Teacher to join our welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Oxford from September 2025. For the right candidate, there is the opportunity to take on EYFS Lead responsibilities with a TLR available.
About the Role
You will be teaching in one of our Reception classes, delivering high-quality early years provision that promotes play, exploration, and purposeful learning. You’ll help create a stimulating environment that nurtures confidence, communication, and curiosity in every child.
If appointed as EYFS Lead, you will take a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the Early Years phase, leading a small team of practitioners, developing the EYFS curriculum, and ensuring best practices across the setting.

We’re Looking For
*
A qualified teacher (QTS) with strong EYFS experience
*
A deep understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
*
Creativity and confidence in delivering high-quality, play-based learning
*
A collaborative, reflective practitioner with a growth mindset
*
For the EYFS Lead role: experience leading or mentoring colleagues, and the ability to drive forward curriculum development and continuous improvement
