Salary: £33,075 to £50,471 depending on experience
About the Role:
An exceptional primary school in Ascot is seeking a nurturing EYFS Teacher to join their Early Years team from September 2025. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive, child-focused environment, delivering high-quality teaching in Nursery or Reception and helping children build strong foundations across all areas of development.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate learning journals and records
Work closely with support staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes for all children
Promote the school’s values and contribute positively to the wider school community
Participate in staff meetings, training, and whole school events
Qualifications & Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in an Early Years setting (Nursery or Reception)
Excellent knowledge of the EYFS Framework and child development
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
A warm, caring, and proactive approach to early years education
Ability to inspire and nurture every child as an individual
