Key Responsibilities
• Lead a Reception or Nursery class, delivering creative, play-based lessons in line with the EYFS framework
• Plan engaging learning experiences that support holistic development and early academic skills
• Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to deliver outstanding care and learning
• Build strong relationships with families to support children's progress and wellbeing
Ideal Candidate
• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – essential
• Experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage in the UK
• A caring, reflective practitioner with excellent knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
• Someone who values strong relationships with families, staff and children
• Creative flair, patience, and a positive, can-do attitude
