About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced EYFS Teacher to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis starting September 2025. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality, play-based learning in Reception classes within our two-form entry setting.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively within the Early Years phase and across the school to ensure all children achieve strong developmental progress and are well prepared for Key Stage 1.

Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners

Use ongoing assessment to track children’s progress and inform planning

Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Contribute to the wider life of the school through participation in events and initiatives
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*
Have experience teaching in EYFS, ideally within a two-form entry primary school
*
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and effective early years pedagogy
*
Be skilled in fostering positive relationships with young children and their families
*
Show creativity, enthusiasm, and a commitment to continuous professional development
*
Work effectively as part of a team, sharing best practice and supporting colleagues
