About the Role As the EYFS teacher, you will be accountable for the learning and progress of approximately 30 children within a mixed ability class. The class includes some children with SEND needs so experience writing and reviewing EHCPs will be highly beneficial. You will also be joined by a full-time TA. EYFS Teaching Responsibilities Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment for young children. Plan and implement age-appropriate and engaging lessons based on the EYFS framework and foster a love for learning by incorporating creative and hands-on activities into lessons. Foster social, emotional, and academic development in young learners. Effectively manage and supervise children to ensure a safe and positive learning atmosphere. Monitor and report on pupil progress through assessments and observations. Collaborate with parents to communicate student progress and address any concerns. Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, administrators, and support staff.
