About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and nurturing EYFS Class Teacher to join a well-established and forward-thinking primary school in Harrow from September 2025. This is a full-time, permanent position within a supportive Early Years Foundation Stage team that values creativity, child-led learning, and inclusive practice.
The successful candidate will lead a Reception or Nursery class, working closely with colleagues, teaching assistants, and leadership to deliver a rich and engaging EYFS curriculum. You will play a vital role in laying the foundations for lifelong learning by creating a safe, stimulating, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.

Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a dedicated professional with a strong understanding of Early Years pedagogy and a passion for helping young children thrive. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS)
*
A secure knowledge of the EYFS Framework and development matters
*
Experience working in a Nursery or Reception class (including placements if ECT)
*
A child-centred approach with high expectations for every learner
*
Excellent planning and organisational skills
*
A clear commitment to inclusion and differentiated teaching
*
The ability to communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues
*
A reflective and proactive approach to teaching and learning
