Teaching Personnel are seeking a Level 3 qualified EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Blackpool. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and play a key role in supporting pupils’ learning and development during their formative years.
About the Role
Full-time position starting February 2026
Covering a full maternity leave for one academic year
Working within a mainstream primary EYFS setting
Includes management responsibilities within the EYFS team
Supporting high-quality teaching and learning in line with EYFS framework
What We’re Looking For
Level 3 EYFS qualification (or equivalent)
Previous experience in an EYFS setting
Strong understanding of child development and early learning strategies
Ability to lead and manage staff effectively within the EYFS provision
Excellent communication and organisational skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
