About the Role
One of our partner SEN schools is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and nurturing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about early childhood education and committed to helping young learners thrive in a positive, inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate EYFS activities
Assist in creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
Work with individual pupils and small groups to support learning and development
Observe and record pupils’ progress, contributing to assessments where required
Help manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Support children with additional needs, ensuring all pupils can access learning opportunities
Contribute to the preparation of learning resources and classroom organisation
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience working with children in an EYFS setting (school or nursery)
A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification)
A good understanding of the EYFS framework
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
