Teaching Assistant – EYFS (SEN Group Support) Location: Blackpool (FY4) Start Date: 22nd September 2025 Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting, providing group support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This role will involve working alongside the class teacher to support the new EYFS cohort, helping to create an inclusive, engaging, and supportive environment where all pupils can thrive. The Role: Supporting groups of children within EYFS who have a range of SEN needs. Encouraging positive learning behaviours and supporting social and emotional development. Assisting with classroom activities, learning resources, and play-based learning. Working closely with staff to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils. About You: Experience of working with young children, ideally in an EYFS or SEN setting. A nurturing, patient and enthusiastic approach to supporting learning. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. A genuine passion for supporting children to reach their potential. Benefits: Competitive pay rates, paid weekly.
