Job Description
Do you have experience supporting children with additional needs? We're recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant for a primary school in Leeds, starting September 2025.
This is a full-time, long-term role based in EYFS, supporting a pupil with communication and sensory needs.
The role includes:
1:1 support in the classroom and outdoor learning areas
Following a structured plan from the SENCO and class teacher
Assisting with visuals, routines, and emotional regulation
Building a trusting relationship with the child and their familyYou will need:
Previous SEN experience, ideally in an EYFS setting
A calm, patient, and consistent approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
