The Role:
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will be a valued member of the school’s highly professional team, working alongside experienced teachers to create a supportive and engaging learning environment for early years pupils. Your role will involve a variety of activities, including phonics support, structured lessons, and free-play learning, all aimed at fostering development and independence. You will play a key part in helping young learners grow, explore, and thrive.

A caring and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with young children and understands the unique needs of early years education
Previous experience in an educational setting, ideally within the EYFS
A positive and patient approach, with strong communication skills
An understanding of child development and the ability to tailor activities to suit different learning styles

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
