We're working with a warm, ambitious, and inclusive primary school in Feltham (Hounslow Borough) that's searching for Graduate Teaching Assistants to start in September 2025 (or July for early starters). You'll work across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, supporting young learners and learning first-hand what it takes to thrive as a teacher.
🌱 What You'll Do:
Work closely with experienced class teachers to support whole-class learning
Deliver targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions in core subjects
Support inclusive, child-led learning approaches that reflect the school's ethos
Help manage behaviour and classroom routines with positivity and consistency
Build lasting relationships with children, families, and staff
