Job Description
Your role as a Facade Engineer, you will be engaged in project delivery from early stages through to construction.
Your key responsibilities will be:
• Façade system design development, specification and testing
• Preparation of design stage reports and façade tender documentation
• Thermal modelling and condensation analysis
• Participation in façade workshops
• Contractor technical audits, tender reviews, due diligence reviews
• Site inspections/diagnostic work
• Assist in maintaining the high-quality façade service offering
• Assisting the UK team of engineers and technicians, and accountability for their deliverables
• Accountability for task delivery, quality and profitabilityBefore You Apply
