About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Site Manager to lead commercial glazing renovation projects based in London. With over 30 years’ experience delivering excellence, you will play a key role in managing high-profile refurbishments of some of the city’s most iconic Grade I and II listed landmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage all site activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for efficient project execution.
* Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations, ISO standards, and company policies.
* Manage resources including labor, materials, and equipment effectively.
* Maintain clear communication with clients, directors, and site teams to keep all stakeholders informed.
* Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and swiftly address any issues or risks.
* Represent company values of integrity, quality, and commitment in every project.
About You:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial glazing or construction renovation.
* Glazing and curtain wall experience is essential
* Strong knowledge of site management processes, health and safety compliance, and quality assurance.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects.
* Confident communicator, able to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Driven by integrity, quality workmanship, and a collaborative work ethic.
* Comfortable working independently and within a multicultural team environment.
