Job Description

Building Fabric Engineer
 Mobile Role - Yorkshire 
 Commercial / Food & Beverage Clients
 Permanent | Immediate Start

Salary: Up to £35,000 + Overtime + Mileage

The Role:
 Working across multiple sites in and around Leeds, carrying out building fabric maintenance including reactive repairs and PPMs. This is a hands-on role supporting general upkeep and small works across commercial environments.

Key Duties:

General fabric repairs (doors, walls, ceilings, flooring)
Painting, decorating, and basic maintenance
Minor plumbing and basic electrical tasks
PPM and reactive maintenance
Small refurbishments and repairs
Updating job reports and liaising with site teams
Ensuring H&S complianceRequirements:

Experience in a Fabric Engineer / Handyman / Maintenance role
Background in FM or commercial environments
Multi-skilled (joinery, basic plumbing, decorating)
Able to work independently across sites
Full UK driving licenceHours:
 Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
