Job Description

Fabric Engineer – Luxury Residential
Location: Knightsbridge, Chelsea & Kensington – SW1X
Salary: £37,000 + up to 8% bonus
Benefits: 9% employer pension + private healthcare
Hours: Monday–Friday

Excellent opportunity for a hands-on Maintenance Assistant to join an established team maintaining some of London’s most prestigious luxury homes and private estates.

Day to day:

  * General planned & reactive maintenance

  * Basic carpentry, tiling, decorating & plastering

  * Minor plumbing and building repairs

  * Doors, windows, locks, guttering & drainage

  * Supporting contractors and specialist works

You’ll make your own way to the Knightsbridge depot each morning, collect a company pool vehicle for the working day and return it once your jobs are complete.

Full UK driving licence essential.
