Your new role:
Are you a skilled Fabric Engineer looking for a new challenge? If so, I am recruiting on behalf of an industry leading FM organisation who will offer a competitive salary, generous benefits, and opportunities for overtime.
Key duties will include:
Day-to-day delivery of maintenance works
Fabric maintenance including carpentry, joinery, basic plumbing, basic electrical, painting, decorating and other tasks
Reactive and fabric PPM maintenance
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations
What are they looking for?
A recognised trade qualification
Proven experience in building services maintenance
A clean UK Driving Licence
Strong problem-solving skills
A customer-focused attitude
