Fabric Engineer – Static Site| £32,000 | Mon–Fri 8am–5pm
Location: Guildford
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Type: Permanent | Static Role (Single-Site)
We are currently recruiting for a skilled Fabric Engineer to be based on a high-profile site in Guildford. This is a fantastic static opportunity for someone with a strong background in painting, decorating, and general building maintenance.
Role Overview: As a Fabric Engineer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the internal and external presentation of the building is maintained to a high standard. Your day-to-day will include a variety of fabric maintenance tasks, with a strong emphasis on painting and finishing work.
Key Duties:
Internal and external painting and decorating
Basic carpentry and general fabric repairs
Planned and reactive maintenance tasks
Supporting site compliance with health and safety
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of plant and working areasIdeal Candidate:
Background in painting, decorating, and general building maintenance
Previous experience in a facilities, FM, or property maintenance role
Good understanding of health and safety standards
Able to work independently and as part of a wider site team
Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering a high standard of workWhat’s on Offer:
£32,000 annual salary
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (No weekends)
Static role
