Fabric Engineer - Brighton - Temp / part time - FM Service Provider - £18 per hour

Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Brighton. CBW is currently recruiting for a General Maintenance Engineer to be based in a building in Brighton. The successful candidate will have an all-around understanding of most fabric duties and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working within a team on-site, he or she will need to carry out fabric PPM and reactive maintenance.
Hours of work/Salary
£18 ( paid via umbrella only )
3 days per week ( flexible )
8am - 5pm
Starting ASAP
Key duties & Responsibilities
Painting & Decorating
Changing locks
Basic Plumbing duties
Bulb changes
General Building maintenance
Requirements
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Carpentry OR Painting qualification ( NVQ / C&G )
Good communication skills
Health & Safety experience
Basic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use)
Ability to deliver excellent customer service
