Job Description
Fabric Engineer – Mobile Role
Salary: £33,000 + Van & Fuel Card
Coverage: Small geographic area – all sites within 1 hour of each other
Flexible Working Hours: Start any time between 6am and 8am examples below
8AM – 5PM or 6AM – 3PM
Holiday: 25 days paid leave + bank holidays
Key Benefits:
* Standby Pay: £130 per day just for being on call - on call 1 in 4 weeks
* Call-Out Rates: 1.5x standard pay, 2x pay on Sundays
* Mobile Role: Travel efficiently between nearby sites, all sites are located within 1 hour travel

Responsibilities:
* Planned and reactive maintenance across multiple buildings
* General fabric repairs, ensuring high standards of upkeep
* Supporting wider maintenance teams with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing tasks
