Fabric Engineer – Mobile Role (RG Postcodes)
💰 Salary: £32,000 per annum
🚐 Van & Fuel Card Provided
📍 Coverage: Mobile position covering a small, local area within RG postcodes
🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM – 5PM
Key Benefits:
* Standby Pay: £105 per on-call rotation (1 in 6)
* Overtime Rates:
* 1.5x on weekdays and Saturdays
* 2x on Sundays

Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a proactive and reliable Fabric Engineer to join our mobile maintenance team. Operating within a focused RG postcode area, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality fabric maintenance, both planned and reactive, across multiple client sites.
Responsibilities:
* Undertake general fabric repairs and preventative maintenance
* Respond to reactive maintenance requests efficiently and safely
* Conduct compliance checks and report on site conditions
* Coordinate with the helpdesk and wider facilities team
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a fabric or maintenance role
* Relevant trade qualifications (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, or general building)
* A proactive and customer-focused approach
