Fabric Engineer – Mobile Role - Van & Fuel Card Provided
📍 Covering 3 Sites (All Within 1 Hour Radius)
💰 £32,000 – £35,000 per annum + Overtime
What’s on Offer:
* £32,000 – £35,000 basic salary
* 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Overtime paid at 1.5x weekdays & weekends, 2x on bank holidays
* 1 in 4 on-call rotation with £150 standby and 4-hour minimum call-out pay
* Company van + fuel card provided
* Long-term contract with steady work and site variety
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for general building fabric maintenance across three local sites, carrying out both planned and reactive works in a mobile capacity. Duties will include minor carpentry, painting, basic plumbing, and general handyman tasks.
