Job Description
Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for a fabric engineer. Our client is a fast growing and innovative Facilities Management provider, delivering a full spectrum of Hard FM Services including Planned and Reactive Gas, HVAC, Electrical and Building Fabric Maintenance Services within commercial buildings.
The Role:
* 1st & 2nd Fix Carpentry - Hanging Doors, Skirting, Architrave, Flooring
* Basic Plumbing - tap, toilet, basin changes, fault finding
* Small Tiling Repairs
* Sealing/Silicone
* Snagging Works
* Small Patch Plastering
* Logging works via PDA
* Liaising with customers, clients, and staff
