Job Title: Fabric Technician
Location: Glasgow & Central Belt
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 7:00am - 4:00pm
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Fabric Technician covering Glasgow and Central Belt to handle planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring building fabric is well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform PPM and reactive repairs on doors, windows, ceilings, walls, and flooring.
* Minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
* Follow health and safety guidelines.
* Keep accurate records of completed tasks.
* Fire door maintenance and repairs
Requirements:
* Experience in fabric maintenance or similar role.
* Basic skills in building repairs, carpentry, and plumbing.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Fire door experinace
* Joinery background would be a bonus!
