Description
Conduct routine maintenance and repair of building fabric components, ensuring all work aligns with health and safety standards.
Identify and report any defects or necessary improvements within the property infrastructure.
Carry out painting, plastering, carpentry, and other general fabric maintenance tasks as required.
Collaborate with other team members and external contractors to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Ensure all tools and materials are used responsibly and kept in good condition.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and provide regular updates to the property management team.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies within the building.
Support the implementation of planned preventive maintenance schedules.Profile
A successful Fabric Engineer should have:
Experience in general building fabric maintenance, including skills in areas such as carpentry, painting, and plastering.
A good understanding of health and safety regulations within a property setting.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
