Fabric Engineer x 2 – Regent Street, Central London – up to £36,000 per annum
Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in Regent Street, London. CBW is currently recruiting 2 x Fabric Engineer to be based in a commercial building located near Regent Street Station. The successful candidates will have a strong understanding of most general fabric trades such as basic carpentry and painting & decorating. You will be covering a Large portfolio of commercial and high end residential buildings all within the Regent Street area so will have to be happy to work across multiple buildings.
In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £36,000, overtime and further training.

Up to £36,000
Monday to Friday 08:00 am – 17:00 pm
20 days holiday + Bank holidays

Painting & Decorating
Basic Carpentry - Door handles, Door frames
Basic lighting
Fixing Furniture
Hanging Pictures & Shelves
Maintain and update Log books
Assist the maintenance team on site
Escort sub-contractors
To undertake basic “Fabric duties” which would include touching up paint work, tightening hinges, install/repair blinds, changing locks , making minor repairs to cabinets, desks, and putting together small equipment like chairs etc.Requirements
Knowledge of commercial building maintenance
An understanding of most building fabric duties
Good communication skills
Health & Safety experience
Basic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use)
Ability to deliver excellent customer service
