Job Description
Fabric Engineer – East or West London | NVQ in Carpentry Essential
We’re currently looking for an experienced Fabric Engineer to join our mobile maintenance team, covering either East or West London. This is a van mobile role, ideal for someone with a strong carpentry background who’s ready to take on varied fabric maintenance across commercial properties.
Location: East or West London (Van Mobile – your choice)
Salary: Up to £39,000
Company Van + Fuel Card Provided
Full-Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday | Flexible Hours
Key Responsibilities:
*
Carrying out planned and reactive fabric maintenance tasks
*
General building repairs: doors, locks, flooring, partitions, etc.
*
Basic plumbing, painting, and general handyman duties
*
Supporting wider M&E team as needed
*
Ensuring all works are completed to health & safety standards
*
Providing excellent service to clients across commercial sites
Requirements:
*
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry (essential)
*
Proven experience in a similar building fabric or maintenance role
*
Good all-round knowledge of general maintenance trades
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Strong communication skills and professional approach
*
Right to work in the UK
