Job Description
Fabric Technician – Glasgow (Static Site)
Glasgow
£30,000 + Overtime + Benefits
Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm
A global FM company is looking for a hands-on Fabric Technician to join a small, friendly team at a flagship static site in Glasgow.
What You’ll Do:
*
General building fabric maintenance (floors, walls, ceilings, doors, furniture, lighting)
*
Basic painting/decorating and semi-skilled tasks
*
Support engineers with PPM/reactive works
*
Liaise with subcontractors and respond to help desk requests
*
Maintain tools and comply with all H&S standards
What We’re Looking For:
*
Experience in FM/building maintenance on large or critical sites
*
Trade background (ideally Joinery/Carpentry)
*
Team player, willing to get stuck in
*
Bonus: IPAF, PASMA, L8 (not essential)
The Offer:

£30,000 salary
*
OT rates: x1.5 Saturdays / x2 Sundays
*
Static role – no travel required
*
Full-time, permanent
*
