Fabric/Maintenance Technician – South Kensington | ££ Competitive | Mon–Fri 8am–5pm
We’re currently recruiting for a Fabric/Maintenance Technician to join a prestigious commercial site in South Kensington.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the UK’s leading facilities management providers on a long-term contract.
Location: South Kensington
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Overtime available)
Sector: Commercial Building Maintenance
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
General fabric maintenance across a commercial building
Basic plumbing, flushing systems, changing lights, door locks, and making good
Painting, plastering, carpentry, and cleaning plant rooms
Assisting M&E engineers with site tasks
Quoting for additional works and liaising directly with clients
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in fabric maintenance within a commercial setting
Skilled in general trades: painting, carpentry, plastering
Strong client-facing skills and professional attitude
Ability to quote works and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Must provide 2 references from the past 5 years
Own safety boots and basic hand tools required
