The Role
We are seeking an experienced Fabric Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in commercial building maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across various commercial sites in London and the M25 area.
Key Responsibilities:
• General Building Maintenance – Ensuring commercial properties remain in excellent condition
• Plumbing & Carpentry – Handling repairs, installations, and modifications
• Grounds Work & Minor Repairs – Maintaining exterior and interior facilities
• Health & Safety Compliance – Ensuring all work meets industry safety standards
• Emergency Repairs & Reactive Maintenance – Providing timely solutions to urgent issues
What We Need from You:
• Minimum of 2 Years’ Experience in the facilities maintenance industry
• Exceptional Workmanship – Ability to maintain high-quality standards
• Strong Health & Safety Knowledge – Committed to compliance and best practices
• Full UK Driving Licence – Held for at least 5 years
• Good Communication Skills – Ability to liaise with clients and colleagues effectively
Desirable (But Not Essential):
• Previous experience as a Mobile Fabric Engineer, Multi-Trade Operative, Maintenance Engineer, Field Service Engineer, or Service Technician
• Certifications in relevant trades or facilities management training
Your Working Hours:
• Standard hours: 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday
• Occasional early starts, late finishes, and weekend work may be required
