Job Description
Fabric Supervisor
Location: Cornwall and Plymouth
Package: Up to £36,000 with company van
Our client, a leading facilities management business, have an opportunity for a Fabric Supervisor to join their team in Cornwall.
The role will involve
* Managing subcontractors and day to day reactive works on commercial properties
* Plan resources, materials and programme
* Assist in the production of quotations for works
* Managing costs and budgets
You will need:
* SSSTS or SMSTS
* To have a trade background (ideally one trade qualification)
* Excellent IT skills
* SHEQ qualification and/or relevant SHEQ experience
* Experienced in use of calculation sheets and monitoring expenditure against tendered rates
* Clean driving licenceBefore You Apply
