Job Title: Fabric Technician
Location: Whitley Bay
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 7:00am - 4:00pm
Call-Out: No call-out required - overtime avilable
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Fabric Technician in Whitley Bay to handle planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring building fabric is well-maintained. This full-time role offers stable hours with no call-out duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform PPM and reactive repairs on doors, windows, ceilings, walls, and flooring.
* Minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
* Follow health and safety guidelines.
* Keep accurate records of completed tasks.
Requirements:
* Experience in fabric maintenance or similar role.
* Basic skills in building repairs, carpentry, and plumbing.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
