Fabric Technician
Location: King’s Cross
Salary/Rate: £36,000 - £39,000
We are working with a key client in the Building Services sector who is looking for an experienced Fabric Technician to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
• General building fabric maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and minor repairs
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive works
• Working on a mobile basis, traveling across South East London and surrounding areas
• Ensuring compliance with relevant health & safety regulations and company standards
Requirements:
• Strong commercial experience in building fabric maintenance
• Relevant trade qualifications or demonstrable experience (essential)
